Shipping
We ship to all over the world except Italy, Brazil and Africa countries.
Package will be shipped within 24 hours by Hong Kong Post; the approx. shipping
time is 7 ~ 20 business days depending on your location. However, Most of our customers
receive their package within 14 days.

We offer combine shipping. But please be advised
that it is only valid for items purchased within 5 days from the first winning item.

We stand behind the quality of all of products. And double inspection, both before
stocking and dispatching will be applied to all of our products to make sure everything
is in mint condition prior the package is shipped. However, sometimes mistake may
slip by and the product may get damaged during the process of delivery.

If the package arrives at your location with obvious shipping damage (including
broken envelop, empty package and etc), please refuse the shipment.
If you find the item is defective after you accept the shipment, please save everything
that is attached in the package, including all the documents, and contact us immediately,
either through eBay message or email address.
You should state your item ID, item title and what the damage is clearly in your
email. And please be advised that digital photos must be attached to the email you
send.
And please bear in mind that you should contact us within 7 days since the day you
receive the package, or it will be your own responsibility to take the lost of the
defective item.
We will investigate your issue in 1-3 days depending on its situation and we will
get back to you as soon as possible after the investigation.
If we find the product is arrived at damaged, we will usually reship your order
in mint condition immediately.

In the
event that you receive merchandise that is materially different than described or
defective or wrong in any way, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. After
7 days, exchanges/refunds will not be given.
If returning an item, all shipping
and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the item and
there is a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items unless item was shipped damaged
or if we shipped the wrong package.
Items that have been used, applied, or damaged
are not qualified for a refund. All returned items are subject to inspection for
determination of situation. When returning a package, please enclose all the documentation
for us to verify your refund request, if not, we are not in a position to assist
you with your problem.
