Q: Is there any
drilling required? A: There is no drilling needed for this model. These kits are
designed and fabricated specifically to mount up to your truck using the
factory steak holes already on the truck bed. You can go to the Raptor Series website for more install info.
Q: Is this auction
for 2 bed rail tubes? A: Yes. All of our tubular bed rail kits are sold as
pairs along with all the brackets, hardware and installation instructions.
Q: Can I use these
bed rails to tie down heavy loads? A: No. Although these tubes are strong, they are cosmetic and it
is not recommend by the manufacture. Any damages incurred as a result of
this will void the warranty.
Q: How much would
it cost to have them installed? A: Our products are designed to install in minimal time and can be done
at home with simple tools such as (socket set, wrench, and screwdrivers).
However if you prefer to have them installed professionally, you can pay
somewhere between $50 – 150 depending on how nice the mechanic feels.
Q: Are these tubes
brand new, blemished, or refurbished? A: We carry only brand new, quality controlled, thoroughly inspected, top
of the line products!

products which is the same high quality to other top name brands in the
market.
Q: Can I pick up
locally at your warehouse? A: No, you cannot pickup from warehouse. We ship from multiple
warehouses across the country.

Most orders will be shipped out within 48 business hours after payment has been received. A tracking number will be emailed to you when it ships. Please note that weekends are not considered business days. In the event that a product is sold out before the closing of this auction, you will be notified and offered an immediate refund or option to backorder your product order.
Shipping cost to the 48 continental states is FIXED. PO Box and APO addresses are NOT accepted.

Q: Can you ship using USPS (United States Postal Service)?
A: Since our products exceed the size limitations set by USPS, we can only ship using common carriers as UPS & FedEx.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Local pickups are not available, we ship from various warehouse across the country directly to your front door.
Q: Can I use my own shipper account number to ship my item?
A: Our shipping agreement with our suppliers does not allow us to operate with 3rd party billing.
Q: Does someone have to be home to receive my order?
A: A signature may be required. Although, it is not uncommon for delivery drivers to leave packages without a signature. 3 delivery attempts will be made before a package is returned to the sender. Arrangements to leave a package without signature can be made by leaving a note for the driver. On truck freight shipments, the shipping carrier driver will contact the recipient to schedule the delivery of your order. This will require you to provide us with your telephone # when placing your order.

Warranty Returns:
When the product is received and it is determined that there is a fitment problem due to manufacturing defect, we simply request that you submit proof in the form of digital pictures. If the product proves to be defective, it will be picked up and exchanged for a new non-defective item at no cost to you.
Shipper Undeliverable Returns:
If a package is returned to due to refusal of shipment or undeliverable address, you will be notified when it is received by our warehouse. For reshipment of this package you will be required to submit a payment for the original shipping charges and applicable new shipping charges.
Other Reason Returns:
When a package is returned for any other reason than the ones specified above (i.e. you don’t like how it looks on your vehicle), you may request a return authorization number by emailing us. Return authorizations will only be issued on new unused resalable merchandise in its original packaging. Call-tags will not be provided on these returns. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Any returned item will be subject to a refund for the value of the product unless it is a manufacturer’s defect and qualifies for our “30 Day Money-Back Guarantee”. All other returns have an incorporated shipping charge which will be deducted.
Damage Claims:
Please inspect your package thoroughly upon receiving it, any damage claims must be filed by emailing us within 72 hours. Be sure to include:
1. 1-3 pictures (no bigger than 600×400 pixels) showing the damage sustained to the product and box.
