We currently ship inside the United States only and do not offer shipping to international addresses.
Combined Shipping
YES, we offer combined shipping. All combined orders will be shipped UPS Ground. Please review the criteria for combined shipping with NPS:
If you purchase more than one item from us, you can save on shipping by having your items combined.
NPS will combine up to 10 items on a single invoice.
Listings that have an asterisk (*) in the listing title are not eligible for combined shipping (including freight items).
All items being combined must be paid for within our 7 day payment policy (see under "Accepted Payment Methods").
All items must be paid for on a single invoice. If items are paid for separately, they will not be eligible for the combined shipping discount. Please request a combined shipping invoice from us via email or phone prior to paying for your items to receive this discount.
On a combined shipping order, each item without an asterisk (*) in the title will cost an additional $2 to ship.

Local Pickup
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup for our customers who want to save money and not pay for shipping. Pickups are at 1600 South Empire Road, Salt Lake City, Utah 84104.
Please be aware that while you will not be paying for shipping costs, you will be paying a Utah State Sales Tax of 6.85%. Items must be picked up within 5 business days of when they are available. If you would like to pickup your item(s) in person, then you must follow these 3 steps below:
Pay for you item(s) a minimum of 24 hours before you plan to pick them up.
Visit our Will Call Counter between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday.
Provide our staff with your eBay username, a form of identification, and a signature for your item(s).
Return & Warranty
Return Policy
If you feel like the item you purchased was misrepresented by us or was damaged in shipping, you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, please call or email us, within 7 business days of receiving your item. All returns require a return authorization.
If you want to return your item because you changed your mind or the item does not satisfy your needs, we will accept a return if the condition of the item and retail packaging have not been compromised, changed, modified or altered. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and is required to complete a "Mutual Agreement to Cancel the Transaction Form" through eBay. Buyers must obtain proper return authorization from an NPS customer service representative prior to returning the item.
Returns will not be accepted beyond 7 business days after the item has been delivered to the buyer.
