After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:
Combined Shipping Policy! If you purchase multiple items and wish to SAVE money by combining shipping, you MUST request your total PRIOR to checkout/paying. DO NOT CHECKOUT!! We can not combine shipping or submit refunds once you pay for any of your items. If your items are paid for separately they will ship separately.
You may continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or store for 3 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout once total is requested!

International Buyers – Please Note:

We will NOT mark an international item as a gift or enter a lower value than the purchase price on customs forms. It’s against the law.
The US Postal Service DOES NOT offer tracking on international shipments. The number you receive is only a customs label number, it is not a tracking number.
This can be verified by calling the US Postal Service at 1-800-ASK-USPS
Please Note: First Class Mail International can take 6-8 weeks to arrive due to customs delays.
Returns
You must contact us within 14 days if you wish to return or exchange an item or order.Returns must be postmarked/dated within 3 days of receiving authorization.The item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it (new and resalable), including any packaging that it came in.We will refund you the cost minus shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee upon receipt of the undamaged item. All clips and fasteners are listed by dimension and or Original Manufacturer part number. If you are unsure about which clip is required for your specific vehicle you can contact your local dealership and obtain the part number that is required. We can cross reference the manufacturer part number to see if it is available.
