Exchanges/Returns

Exchanges & Returns are only accepted if the product received is a manufacturer defect. Please contact us via EBAY message for return/exchange instructions.
Returns that have install issues need to include an invoice with a note stating item is uninstallable.
Buyer assumes all risks if item was installed at a non-legitimate shop or professional mechanic.
Shipments because of our mistake such as wrong item or defective qualify for a return/exchange. Please contact us via our EBAY message for further instructions. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving of item and need to be returned in unused condition including all original content that was shipped.
Shipping & Handling charges will be covered by us if you leave a copy of the postage receipt or fax/e-mail a copy to us.
We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if it fails to qualify within our guidelines set forth by our policies.
Fees
Domestic shipping fees applies to the lower 48 Continental States.
California residents are charged a 9.75% sales tax fee.
