SHIPPING TIME AND FEES

Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination along with materials and labor cost.   We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.  We strive for excellence in shipping.  Most standard orders are shipped the same day they are paid for (or the following morning if you have paid after 4:00PM) so they will arrive promptly (excluding weekends and holidays).   Larger  & heavier items requiring additional packaging or oversized boxes may take additional time.  Even this more complicated shipping merchandise will typically ship 3 – 5 business days after payment confirmation.

OUR PREFERRED SHIPPING CARRIERS

Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx Ground / Ground Home service and we do reserve the right to alter shipping selection based on shipping time, location and cost.  FedEx and UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes so please include your physical shipping address.  We are required to ship to the address entered via the checkout so please check the address selected before you complete payment.  Freight quotes are available on Local Pick-up items.

A signature is required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International bidders must request and be granted aproval to bid.  Special restrictions apply.  International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

COMBINED SHIPPING 
 
We do combine shipping for customers purchasing multiple auctions. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. You will receive a checkout email at the conclusion of the auction that will select all auctions won over the last 7 days.  You typically receive a $2 to $5 discount on each additional auction won, paid for and shipped together.  We only provide custom shipping quotes for the purchase of 5 or more auctions.  Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.
 

LOCAL PICK UP
 
Please contact us via messages if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store.  You may also call our store or stop by during regular store hours.  In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this Topeka, Kansas store. All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee.  We require a copy of your Driver’s License / proof of ID to pick up locally.  Transport to Wichita, KS may be available for additional transport fee.  Please contact us.

TAX

All in state residents and all items picked up at our store location will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. The winning bidder can pay using the checkout button, or wait to receive an automated e-mail invoice shortly after the auction ends with totals and payment instructions. PROMPT PAYMENT

Payment must be received within 4 days of the close of auction. If payment isn’t received within 4 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

We make every effort to fully test items we sell. However, since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.
