Engines are sold complete less engine accessories, ex: engines, unless stated otherwise, come with injection plenum, fuel rail, exhaust manifold..but are sold w/o alternator, a/c comp., starter,ecu,etc…..

That is the minimum to send about anything, even on the very cost effective U.S. post.
