IMPORTANT!!! doesn’t give us your phone number. Please write it during the check-out process in the field named, “Note to seller.” Greyhound requires your phone number so they can call you when your bumper arrives. We cannot ship without your phone number.
Please note that we are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, rental car expenses or other related expenses caused by the duration of time required for you to receive the part(s) you won / ordered, or caused by any of the listed problems and any additional time required to fix them, or caused by the use of wrong, broken or defective part(s) during and/or after installation.

On new items we offer a 5 days warranty for defective items. There will be no return and no refund after 5 days.
On all other used parts no return and no warranty.
If the item shows up defective or damaged, please email us immediately
All returns must be in their original condition, with all plastic straps, tape, etc still intact and unremoved and in its original unhampered form. The items must be in original box and packing.
The return of the product will be at the buyers expense.
We can refund only the auction end price and not the shipping.
Defective items will only be exchanged for the same item.
Buyers pay for all return Fee.
All returns will have a 20% restocking fee.
Do not email us to negotiate any fees and price after the auction close.
