receipt, no refunds are available unless the item is damage or
defective.

* If buyer received any damage, defective, or incorrect
item, we will issued buyer a return label.
* All exchange item will need to be return within 30 days for an
exchange.

the right to reject the return/exchange item.

* If any package that needs to be return, please contact our customer
service first to receive a RMA form.
* If any replacement that is out of stock or back order, our Return

Lost or Damage

If you receive your item damage please contact our customer service
team within 48 hours to file a UPS claim. UPS will attempt to pick up
the package in a total of 3 attempts
For inspection. The investigation can take 5-8 business days. A
replacement will be sent to you once the damage items are returned to
our location.

If you did not receive your item after delivery confirmation you may
contact our customer service team to start a trace with the carrier. We
will report a lost package,
keep in mind that the investigation can take 5-8 business days. UPS will
be in contact with the received to gather more information needed.
