Pricing
All pricing on our listing is accurate and current for listings, the prices on may differ from pricing on our website due to different operation costs. If you purchase on we will not refund any difference if there is a price difference compared to our retail prices on our website.

All prices are in $USD. We accept Paypal, Visa or MasterCard for credit card payments please call.
We allow seven business days for you to complete your payment. After seven days we will file a non-payer-bidder-alert with , if payment is received after seven days we cannot guarantee that your item will still be available.
Shipping
All shipping prices are listed above in our listing. We try to be as fair as possible with everyone, we don’t boost shipping prices our goal is to sell you our product and not to make profits on shipping, we ship out of Laval, Qc Canada, please understand that shipping costs that leave from Canada are normally higher than shipment costs offered inside the United States of America, when rating us on shipping you must consider that. Instead of masking the shipping prices in our product price we prefer to give you actual shipping prices.
Canadian Shipments
We ship via Canada Post or Fedex, this normally ships the same day or the following day.
USA Shipments
We normally ship via Fedex Ground this normally ships the same day or the following day, for smaller items we try to keep the shipping price as low as possible since Fedex as a minimum charge of $15 it doesn’t make sense to ship a small item that fits inside a bubble mailer for that price so we instead use a different service that gets our items to USPS via a courier this requires an additional 48 hours for the item to actually ship out of the United States, again we do this to keep our shipping prices low for small items.
International Shipments
We only ship via FEDEX Economy for security reasons, unfortunately due to the poor tracking system provided by Canada Post or USPS for International shipments we only use Fedex to protect us against chargeback done by International Buyers via Paypal. Once again FEDEX Economy only.

For Canadian Residents applicable sales tax apply, depending on your province of stay this might be the GST, GST and PST or HST.
For USA Residents there’s no sales tax.
For International there’s no sales tax.

Returns
We allow a 14 day period after receipt of your product to return it. If something should go wrong we strongly encourage you to contact us with your concerns or problem and we will do everything to try and fix the situation for you.
We will accept your return under the conditions outlined below:
Product significantly not as described i.e. wrong color, wrong part sent, product imperfection. In such case we will send you the correct part or replacement part and cover shipping fees both ways .
If you made a mistake with your order by ordering the wrong part. We will replace it with the correct part, you must pay shipping both ways.
For all other reasons such has “I changed my mind”, “My car got stolen”, I wrecked my car” those are just examples but again any other reason your return is subject to a 10% restocking fee, the 10% is calculated on the product price only, shipping fees are not refundable and buyer is responsible for shipping costs to ship it back to us. The 10% restocking fee is to cover our costs of operation such as inventory stocking costs, labour costs and all other services involved to get our product to your door.
There are no cash refunds, the only cash refund we will provide you with is if at the time of replacement we are out of stock.
Returns that are not accepted
Any product that has been tampered with or modified in any way.
Any product that has been installed cannot be returned.
No returns accepted for installed Exhaust System and Parts. We cannot accept any returns on exhaust systems if they have been installed, there’s no exception to this rule unless that it falls in one of the reasons described above i.e. defective, wrong part, non-fitment. We try our best to describe exhaust sound, sound is subjective, some exhausts we sell have sound clips for your reference some don’t.
How to proceed for a return?
For any return you must contact us first by e-mail for authorization, any returns that have not been authorized by us will simply be refused when the courier or postal service attempts to deliver it. Once authorized we will send you additional details on how to proceed with the return.
Warranty policy for all products sold by Maxspeed-Motorsports with the exception of NHP Exhaust Products.
All Maxspeed-Motorsports products are offered with a warranty against manufacturers defects. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, if service is required under warranty Maxspeed-Motorsports will inspect the defective part, after inspection we will repair or replace it with a new part if a repair is not possible. If replacement is necessary and the part is discontinued we will offer you a credit of equal value towards another product of your choice.
Shipping to us is your responsibility we do not cover shipping fees for products being sent to us for inspection, repair or replacement. In return we will cover shipping fees to ship your product back to you.
Warranty policy for NHP Exhaust Products

All NHP Exhaust products include a 3-Year Warranty , this warranty covers all manufacturers defect such as welds, piping structure, flanges, catalytic cartridge. Any product that has been tampered with or modified will void the warranty.Shipping to us is your responsibility we do not cover shipping fees for products being sent to us for inspection, repair or replacement. In return we will cover shipping fees to ship your product back to you.
Important Notice, it is your responsability to keep your proof of purchase for a warranty claim. We will need a proof of purchase for any warranty claim.

Maxspeed-Motorsports is based out of Laval, Quebec, Canada, Laval is a suburb of a major urban center “Montreal, Canada”. Owned and operated by Nello Tropiano it has been in operation since the year 2000, we first started has a very small company selling some accessories for many different cars, up until 2004 where we became financially stable enough to do what we do best by developing and selling parts and accessories for high end vehicles such as Porsche. We have also developed a line of exhaust called NHP Exhaust, eighty percent of the exhaust parts sold by Maxspeed-Motorsports are developed by NHP Exhaust and sold under the NHP Exhaust brand, we invest a high percentage of our capital into parts development by developing our products on our fleet of high end vehicles which gives us the edge over the competition by having the vehicles on hand, our countless hours of research and development and financial investment into the company ensures that the end user will get a high quality product , that is the difference between buying our products and buying the competitions product.
