I have a 2005 Nissan w/20k miles under factory warranty. My clutch has started to slip. The dealer says it’s a wear and tear item, regardless of the low miles. I called Nissan corporate and they say to keep trying different dealerships. I don’t ride the clutch or anything, so I know this is obviously premature. The dealer wants to charge $2,200 for a new flywheel and clutch kit install. Anyone have suggestions on how to deal with this and get it replaced under warranty?
