How do I change the clutch on a Kazuma 125 cc four wheeler?

It’s about 125 cc 2 stroke small 4 wheeler. It’s a round type clutch that has a gear on the shaft of the clutch, like a centrifugal clutch on a go kart. It doesn’t have gears just forward and reverse.

I have a 2006.5 Kia Optima with the 5-speed manual transmission. I don’t have an owner’s manual. At what mileage intervals should I change the clutch fluid and transmission fluid? I’ve never owned a car with a manual transmission before.
