Returns
If you are requesting a return because of an error by DeerfootAutoParts – the refund will be 100%. If the error was the fault of the buyer – the refund will be LESS shipping and handling.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be done at no extra charge to the buyer. We will NOT however refund your return shipping charges.
Local Pickup
We will allow local pickup under certain circumstances. If you would like to pickup, please contact us after the auction has ended / item has been purchased. If items are paid for in person, you will be required to pay PA sales tax.
Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday except on federal holidays. Shipments are made the day after payment is received unless the payment is received by 1pm eastern time.
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday : 8am-5pm. Please note that we will only be able to answer questions respond to concerns, accept offers, and ship items during these hours. So if you send an email Friday evening at 8pm, it will not be seen until 8am Monday morning.
