- Inspect your package prior to installing it. If there are ANY damages present, make sure you CONTACT US FIRST! Please do not attempt to fix it yourself. Doing this will only result to modifying our product. Modifying it means the warranty will be VOID.
- Our products require professional installation. Damages during installation on our product will void the warranty, therefore a replacement or refund request will be VOID. We are under the assumption that you are aware of what to do with the product. We will not be held accountable for providing refunds to customers damaging our products during the installation process.
We definitely stand behind our products. Items can be returned for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days upon the date in which you receive your merchandise. When contacting us, please make sure to request an "R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization".
-REFUNDS- All returns must be authorized by HDC Autosports within 30 days of the delivery date. There is NO RESTOCKING FEE applied to any returning item(s), however, S&H cost is non-refundable. You may return any unopened products in resalable condition, this means everything included in the original package contents MUST BE PRESENT.
-REPLACEMENTS- After 30 days, HDC Autosports can only replace the item(s) for the same item(s) during its warranty period if it is defective. (Unless stated otherwise in the product description). Sorry, we will not exchange an item with a different item. We will pay for shipping a replacement back into your posession if an exchange is requested.
-EXCHANGES- As stated above, we do not offer different item exchanges at this time. If you're not satisfied with what you purchased, we will simply issue you a refund. However, you will have to purchase the alternate item you desire at your own consent.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer (you) unless the reason for return is a result of our mistakes / errors. (e.g., "The item you received is incorrect, Possible Defects, etc.)

Q: "I just made my payment. How long will it be until you guys ship my items?"
A: Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days once your payment has been received. If paying by e-check, your order will be shipped once your payment has been cleared.
Q: "Where's my item? Can you send me the tracking # please?"
A: Once your package has shipped an automated shipping notification including your tracking number(s) will be sent electronically to your eBay associated email address. Please note, for international orders, there is no tracking number.
Q: "The tracking # you sent to my email shows no updates.. Why?"
A: When you receive your tracking number, it does not necessarily mean your item was shipped. Please give your your tracking number a window of 24 hours.
Q: "The tracking # says my items have been delivered, but I can't find it anywhere.. Why?"
A1: If your package was shipped via USPS: Please check your house perimiters, neighbors, or a neighboring family member to see if someone they have it. If you're still unsuccessful, bring a copy of your tracking number to the nearest local post office facility and explain the situation to them. There are cases where the post office will hold your package for delivery reattempts.
A2: If your package was shipped via UPS / FedEx: Please contact UPS / Fedex, and request to "file a tracer". Once this process has been initiated, we will be notified and will follow up with a response on how we will rectify the problem.

Q: "I called you guys and nobody answered my calls?
A: Please call during our office hours (Mon~Fri / 10:30AM~7:30PM Pacific). If your call was unanswered even though it was during our business hours, then that means all of our associates are on the line with other customers. Please note, we keep record of all incoming calls whether they were answered or not. Therefore we will return your phone call upon the order it was received.
Q: "No one answered my message/email?"
A: Due to high volume of emails, it usually takes 1 business day from the date in which your inquiry was sent. If you sent us an email directly and we have unanswered, then there's a good chance it may have ended up in Junk E-mail. We encourage all of our customers to communicate through eBay messages.
Q: "How much is shipping to my country/area code?"
A: Please refer to our shipping chart above under shipping info. For US lower 48 states, refer to Domestic. For PO Box and United States territory anywhere outside of the United States mainland (ex. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands, MP, etc) please refer to the second row of the shipping chart. For Canada, see Canada. Q: I live in the lower 48 states, but I have a PO Box, why is the shipping more expensive?
A: Our packages are usually delivered by UPS/Fedex, and they do not ship to PO boxes, if you have a residential address, please provide that to the shipping detail during checkout to save on shipping.
Q: How long is it going to take?
A: Shipping duration is displayed in the shipping chart above, we are located in Southern California, delivery may take only 2 days when you are a
California buyer, and may take up to 7 days if you are in New York.
Q: I need this item ASAP, can you guys do a next day for me?
A: There are shipping service such as 3 day, 2nd day, or next day, please call us and we will help you get your item ASAP and calcuate the most
reasonable service to use for your situation.
Q: I live in Canada, can I use USPS instead of UPS?
A: Yes, for Canada buyers, if you want to receive your item using USPS, please refer pricing to ALL OTHER FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
Q: I entered a wrong address during check out, can I change my address?
A: Due to the fact that we ship out our orders in a quickly fashioned manner, your package has already been shipped and is currently in transit to the shipping address you've provided. Our order processing system is automated, therefore this is not our fault. It is inevitable that changes were unable to be made. (Please see below)
Q: I need to change the address, but you guys already shipped it out?
A: If we shipped using UPS/Fedex, we can intercept your package and redirect it, UPS/Fedex will charge $17.00 to all intercepts, we have no involvement at all.
If your package was shipped through USPS, we will need to wait for the package to come back, and you will be responsible to pay for shipping again.There is no redirecting service by USPS.
Q: "I need to send a payment to you guys through PayPal, but where do I send it to?"

Q: "I don't have a PayPal account... Can I still buy from you guys?"
A: Yes, we accept all major credit cards. Please provide us the credit card #, expiration date, security code, and your billing address. We will only ship to your billing address. Requests for shipping to non-verified credit card addresses will be denied, and your order will not be processed.
Q: I already purchased the item, but I don’t have the money yet, can I pay later?
A: You have 8 days to pay after the initial check-out. If you are unable to pay within 8 days, eBay will automaticaly file a dispute on your order. A: We try our best to assist every customer on installation, you may contact us and ask for technical support. We will be able to give instructions on our products, but we will not be able to provide specific instructions for each vehicle.

A: We provide retail at wholesale prices, we are not responsible for installation costs such as welding, bolting, cutting. If your product requires modifications such as these, please consult a certified mechanic for a quote prior to purchasing from us. Most of our products are professional installation recommended.
