Return Policy
We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to process an exchange or refund the product without S&H within 30 Days of your purchase. Item need to return in Brand new condition and a RMA number, which is given by our Customer Service Department only. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchange to be process.
Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt, No damage claims will be honored after 10 days of delivery.
We will not reship replacement(s) before we get a claim approval for the lost or stolen item(s) or the returned item from customers. In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Any item(s) that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there is no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 25% restocking fee for the price of the item.
Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that is return after 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If the items are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 25% restocking fee.
All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
Most of our item(s) are easy to Bolt on, however, PROFESSIONAL installation is Always recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on usage.

Domestic & International Shipment
All domestic shipments are ship via DHL, Fedex, UPS Ground and United States Postal Service either by regular airmail (3-5 business days) or Priority Mail (2-3 business days) depending on the types of products purchased. Majority of our orders will be ship within 24hrs, excluded Sat, Sun and holidays. (All mail transit time stated above is best estimated but not guaranteed.)
International shipment are ship via United States Postal Service (6-10 bussiness days) or other carrier, transit time does fluctuate.
All international buyer is responsible for the charge of duty tax (brokerage fee). This is NOT charged by our company, and we are not responsible for this fee. If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your government official website.If the item(s) has return back to our warehouse, in order to reship this item, we reserve the rights to ask the buyer to pay the shipping fee again.
We are highly recommended buyer to buy insurance, we are not responsible for any Loss or Damage Item.
