Designed for up to 1,000-HP applications.

Crossflow conversion mounts to front of core support. Drill & nut and bolt flanges to baffle plates. Cut back 6-cylinder. Radiator core support flanges even to front of support for clearance. Also mark inlet and outlet holes on baffle plate and use 2” hole saw to provide ports for inlet and outlet to come through baffle plates. Finish hole with rubber grommet. Use 1969-72 GM A Body upper & lower hoses or Gates #20609 lower and #20869 upper with thermostat housing that points straight to center of front of car. Use new 12-15 psi GM style radiator cap or Be Cool radiator cap (part #134-70001 or #134-70002 for natural finish or part #134-71001 or #134-71002 for fully polished finish) to professionally complete your installation.
