We now offer 30days money back, if buyer does not like the item or feels that the they are not satisfied with the product they can return the item and get a refund of the ITEM PRICE only. Items needs to be in brand new condition, it will be determined by our RMA department.

In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless it has been approved by our Returns Department.

Warranty are offer to customer now within 90days of received the item. Warranty are for EXCHANGE only and cover for any manufacturer's defect: LED INOP, Bulbs, or water leak. Other defect will be need to authorized by our RMA dept first. No Exchange will be made for any product that are damage.

No claims will be honored after 7 days of delivery.

Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that is return after 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If the items are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 20% restocking fee.

If any replacement is out of stock we will go ahead and offer buyer either REFUND or wait for the item to come from manufacturer ( Which it can take up to 2-3 weeks ).
