Once we have visual confirmation and the item(s) are eligible for exchange/refund, a RMA number will be issued. We will refuse any package without a valid RMA number. After receiving a RMA number, please pack the item(s) and provide additional padding to prevent damage during return shipping. On the outside of the package, write the RMA number that was provided. We reserved the rights to decline any return for exchange/refund if the merchandise arrived modified, used, or with unspecified damages.
