If emailing from the eBay auction, please do not ‘block’ your email
address, this will delay a response. We attempt to answer all questions
as fast as possible, but due to the volume of email we receive, please
kindly allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Payment is required within 10 days of
auction’s end. Auctions not paid within 10 days may be cancelled at
seller’s discretion.
After payment is received, we attempt
to ship all items as fast as possible. We typically ship within 2
business days of payment clearing. Any inaccuracies in shipping address
or contact information will delay shipping until corrected.
Combining purchases to save on
shipping is usually possible (some items cannot be combined due to their
size or type of packaging used). Please e-mail and ASK FIRST. If you
desire to combine purchases, please contact us FIRST, prior to paying.
