Damaged delivery? If you notice the damage to the box at the time of delivery, ask the delivery person to wait while you check out the contents. If your parts are damaged, refuse the delivery. Then drop us an email and we'll start the process to get a new order shipped out to you. If you don't notice the damage until the carrier is gone, send us an email for instructions.
Tires and Wheels have a separate return policy. If you need to return tires, wheels, or a tire/wheel package, we will only accept returns within 30 days of delivery date. Return freight charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Used, damaged, or non-saleable merchandise is not eligible for return. Tires may not be returned if they have been mounted on wheels or sustained any physical or appearance damage. Wheels may not be returned if tires have been mounted, lug nuts have been installed, or they have sustained any physical or appearance damage.
